The Talbot Town Hall Committee of Management is an active and engaged committee, led by President Aileen Marshall (Central Goldfields Shire 2024 Citizen of the Year).

Joining the Talbot Town Hall Committee is an opportunity to learn new skills, grow as a leader and ensure the ongoing community management of this valued community facility.
The role of the Committee is:
Work together to ensure the overall benefit of the Talbot Town Hall including the ANA Hall for the benefit of the community and advise Council on its future needs and development.
Preserve and promote the historical significance of the Town Hall.
Promote and attract visitors and users, manage its activities and ensure the Town Hall is well maintained.
Contribute to fund raising for the Town Hall including the planning and management of the Talbot Town Hall Community Market.
Community members who wish to submit an expression of interest will have:
Commitment to the Talbot Town Hall and to preserving and promoting its heritage
Desire to use the Town Hall to promote community engagement and connection
Willingness to support fundraising activities including the Talbot Town Hall Community Market
Readiness to achieve success working together as part of a team
Willingness to undergo a working with children check
